What is Fastener insertion?
Bushes, studs, location pins etc. are all types of fasteners used to provide fixing points in sheet metal components. These are all inserted into the parts with our specialist equipment from Haeger, Pem and Press & Shear. Sometimes threaded fixings need to be added to components with no holes though the surface, we can achieve this with our capacitor discharge stud welder. We can also add threaded inserts into hollow section materials with our rivet nut guns from Gesipa.
