Here at M&J Engineering, we specialise in sheet metal work for clients across Cambridge, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. M & J Engineering specialise in prototype, small/large batch work, production sheet metal engineering including punching, forming, presswork and welded fabrications. We have a Trumpf TC3000R large format CNC punching machine complete with TruTops offline programming software and a very large selection of common and special tooling including forming, tapping and wheel technology.

With access to Laser Cutting, Waterjet Profiling and Plasma Cutting, the range of material thickness is potentially endless.

We also have two Amada press brakes with 3-metre beds with 100-ton capacity and a large selection of tooling, a 2.5-metre guillotine, two insertion machines for threaded inserts, Mig welders, Tig welders, a spot welder and a stud welder.

We have small and medium pyramid powered rollers, pillar drills, circular cut off saw, horizontal multi-angle band saw, surface grinder, belt sander and a selection of handheld grinding, sanding and finishing equipment.

Working with all grades of sheet metal, from mild steel to high grade stainless and aluminium. We can produce high quality, finished products to customer specification.

We offer a very efficient and versatile solution, including the addition of paint finishing, plating and anodising to ensure that you get every element that you require.
